Imperial Graves in Crypt at Speyer

The final resting place of Holy Roman Emperor / Kaiser Heinrich III (died 1106), his son Holy Roman Emperor / Kaiser Heinrich IV (died 1056), and in the rear center, Holy Roman Emperor / Kaiser Konrad II (died 1039), the founder of the Cathedral and father of Heinrich IV. Also Empress / Kaiserin Gisela and Empress / Kaiserin Gisela, as well one of the sons (Koenig Philip von Schwaben) and 2nd wife (Kaiserin Beatrix) of Friedrich Barbarossa are also restig here. Front and center is the grave of Habsburg King / Koenig Rudolf (died 1291), the founder of the Habsburg Imperial dynasty, and the king who added Austria to the Habsburg domains.
